Common Issues
Can't See the Network
- Make sure Wi-Fi is turned on
- Move closer to a hallway or open area — some rooms may have weaker signal
- Restart your device and try again
- "Forget" any old RCS networks and reconnect fresh
Connected but No Internet
- Open a browser — you may need to accept a captive portal or sign-in page
- Try forgetting the network and reconnecting
- Restart your device
- Check if other devices can connect in the same area — if not, there may be a local outage
Keeps Disconnecting
- Forget the network and reconnect with fresh credentials
- Check that your device's date and time are correct (incorrect time can cause certificate errors)
- Move to a location with stronger signal
- Disable any VPN apps that may interfere
