How to Access Your Voicemail from Off-Campus

You can check your RCS office voicemail from any phone, anywhere — you don't need to be at your desk. This guide explains how to access your messages remotely.

Option 1: Call In from Any Phone

1. Call the main RCS phone number from any phone (mobile, home phone, or another office line).
2. When the auto-attendant or your greeting answers, press # (or * depending on the system prompt — listen for the cue).
3. Enter your extension number when prompted.
4. Enter your voicemail PIN.
5. You will be placed into your voicemail inbox to listen to messages.

Tip: If you don't know the main RCS number, contact IT or check the staff directory.

Option 2: Intermedia Unite App (Recommended)

The Intermedia Unite app lets you access voicemail, make calls from your extension, and manage your phone from your smartphone. This is the easiest method for regular remote access.

1. Download Intermedia Unite from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android).
2. Sign in with your Intermedia account credentials. If you don't have them, contact IT.
3. Once logged in, tap Voicemail to see and listen to your messages.
4. You can also make calls that show your office extension as the caller ID — useful for calling parents or colleagues while off-campus.

Option 3: Intermedia Web Portal

1. Go to unite.intermedia.com.
2. Sign in with your Intermedia credentials.
3. Click Voicemail in the left sidebar to view and play messages.
