Overview
This one is for classroom teachers. Clever is the single sign on portal most curriculum apps at RCS launch through, so this is where your school day usually starts.
Steps
- Go to your Clever Portal (clever.com/in/redlandschristian, or clever.com/login and search for the school if you are not sure of the link).
- Sign in with your school Google account, or whichever method IT set up for you.
- Your Clever Portal lists every app you have been given access to as a one click icon.
- Click an icon to launch the app. You are signed in automatically, no separate password needed.
- Personalize your Teacher Page: organize apps into categories, add outside links, and share different pages with different groups of students.
- Need an app that is not listed? Click Add on your Teacher Page to browse the Clever Library and self install it.
- Student locked out? Generate a 20 minute backup login code from your Teacher Portal instead of filing a ticket.
Troubleshooting
- An app icon is missing? Ask your Lower School admin (Staci Bottomley or Jennifer Romero) to confirm it has been shared with your school or class in Clever.
- App opens but the screen is blank or just blinks? See the dedicated troubleshooting article linked below.
- Forgot your Clever password (Clever Passwords login only)? Click the person icon in the top right, then Change Password.
