Manage Your PebbleGo Account and Logins

Overview

This one is for admins setting up and managing the PebbleGo account, including logins and Clever integration.

Steps

1. New subscription: the account owner gets a welcome email with a setup link. Someone has to sign the EULA (can be the same person, but needs a separate login) before any teacher or student access can be created. That setup link expires in 24 hours.
2. Sign in at app.pebblego.com with the admin credentials from your welcome email.
3. Login Info tab: reset student, teacher, or admin passwords, and copy your school's auto login link. Only use the auto login link in a password protected environment.
4. Content Management tab: control which PebbleGo and PebbleGo Next articles and eBooks are available to your school.
5. Products tab: view your subscription details.
6. Roles: Multi-Site Admin (every site), Building Admin (one site), Teacher, and Student each get different permissions.
7. Connect Clever: open PebbleGo's Clever sign up link from your Clever Admin console, then follow the PebbleGo plus Clever setup guide PDF for sharing settings. ClassLink and Google Classroom are also supported.

Troubleshooting

• New teacher or student login not working? Confirm the EULA was signed first, access can't be created before that.
• Password reset email not showing up? Reset it directly from the Login Info tab instead of waiting on the email.
