Create a Class and Assign Work in World Book Online

Overview

This one is for teachers using World Book Online with students.

Steps

1. Create a My World Book account from any World Book product, look for My Research or the sign in page. This personal account works across every World Book product.
2. Log in to World Book Wizard from the Super Home Page. Your first login needs a teacher code from your school's World Book admin.
3. Create a class: click Create Class, fill in the fields, then share the generated class code with your students so they can join.
4. Create an assignment: click Create Assignment, choose a Course or Drill, filter by subject and grade level, click Assign, and fill in the remaining fields.
5. Monitor progress: select your class, open the Reports tab, generate a report, and export it as a CSV if you want to save it.

Troubleshooting

• Don't have a teacher code? Ask your school's World Book admin for it, your first Wizard login needs one.
• Class code not working for a student? Confirm they're entering it exactly as shown, codes are case sensitive.
