BenQ EZWrite — How to Use the Whiteboard and Annotation Tools

BenQ EZWrite — Digital Whiteboard Guide

EZWrite is the built-in whiteboard app on BenQ interactive panels. Use it for drawing, annotating, and collaborating during lessons.

Opening EZWrite

1. Tap the EZWrite icon on the BenQ panel home screen or side toolbar
2. A blank whiteboard will open — you can start writing with your finger or the included stylus

Key Features

• Drawing tools: Pen, highlighter, eraser, shapes, and text boxes
• Colors and thickness: Tap the pen icon to change color and line width
• Screenshot annotation: Import a screenshot of your current screen and draw on top of it
• Pages: Add multiple whiteboard pages in a single session
• Save and export: Save your whiteboard as an image or PDF to a USB drive or cloud storage

Tips

• Use two fingers to erase (palm erase) for quick cleanup
• Pinch to zoom in on a section of the whiteboard
• Save your work before closing — EZWrite does not auto-save
